- What if I find the goods damaged after I receive the goods?
We machines have a 13-month warranty. If you receive the goods within 30 days (* the delivery date is the actual receipt date), the machine is not working properly (non-human or other malicious acts), we will replace the new machine for you for free; if you receive the goods found that the appearance of the machine is damaged, please take a photo or video as soon as possible and send it to our staff. We can help you find the corresponding logistics compensation.
- What's the payment method?
We accept Western Union/installment/ bank transfer / PayPal / T / T as a purchase payment option, please communicate with our customer service in advance before you confirm the payment.
- How do you delivery the machine?
We ship most international orders through DHL. However, we are flexible and willing to ship FedEx, UPS, EMS or TNT on request. We can also help send it to your shipping agent for pre-transfer, please let us know your preference when placing an order. If you are not familiar with customs clearance, we will assist you in successfully clearing customs.
